some of the facts:
4,774,00 women experience physical violence by an intimate partner every year.
10 million kids are exposed to domestic violence each year and suffer from long term trauma.
1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men experience domestic violence.
Nearly 90% of all sexual assault victims are abused by someone they know or a relative.
Underserved human trafficking victims exploited for labor reported higher rates of Covid-19.
"I trusted Beloved Survivors TRC to launch the first restorative justice program for domestic violence at Valley State Prison in 2015. To date, the program is the most demanded in comparison to all other programs. I witnessed emotional processing from individuals that spent years conditioning themselves not to feel. Inmates that were released before they completed the program, voluntarily completed it in the community and they were not required to. It takes someone very skilled to get these outcomes.”
